The US
Disc Dog Southern Nationals is an action-packed event at the Atlanta Dogwood
Festival and is always a crowd pleaser! Come see some of the world's most
talented Frisbee Dogs® as they show off an amazing array of tricks, leaps,
flips and vaults as the teams strive to qualify for a shot at becoming the
US Disc Dog Southern National's Champion (DDSN) and watch the teams Qualify
for the US National Finals and US International Finals in November. The
DDSN is held at one of the south’s largest arts and music festivals. It's
the one of the world’s biggest weekends of Frisbee Dog action with more than
260 competitors vying for the Southern National’s title, so our slogan is
“Where the Nation’s
Best Come to Prove it!” So, if
your dog can catch a Frisbee disc come join in the fun and enter the
competition. If you do not have a dog and want to watch some of the
world’s best athletes come witness the best of
the best at the US Disc Dog Southern Nationals. For 16 years the acrobatic
Frisbee Dogs have entertained a dynamic crowd of over 15,000 plus spectators
of the festivals over 400,000 spectators and they are known as one of the
most exciting and memorable events at the festival.
