Mayumi Shida lives in Vancouver. She got Oliver from the pound when he was ten months old. Now he's five years old but still Mayumi's big baby boy. Recently she was stopped by a City Officer and told that her dog needed to be muzzled because he had the physical characteristics of a dangerous breed. Oliver is a Boxer mix probably with some Pit Bull in him who has been to obedience school three times and loves everyone... even the officer admitted that he was gentle and well behaved. Mayumi is trying to fight for Oliver's right to walk un-muzzled. Good Luck Mayumi!

Mayumi met Camillo, the original Lazy Dog, when he was around nine years old. She owns an original painting of him called "Blue Camillo." Maybe she'll send us a photograph of the painting...
